I'll do what's proven to be the best for me

I've proven it to myself numerous times, but my brain just wants to ditch it and replace it with distractions.

sleep + workout + meditation + healthy food = ❤️

I'm nearing my 30s and now is the right time to understand that it's as simple as that.

So, starting from tomorrow morning, I'll be writing daily posts that'll document my journey of ticking off all those items because, in reality, all of those items take just shy of 2 hours of every day. And I've spent at least 2 hours per day for the last 2 years distracting myself and browsing around the internet11 Spending numerous hours going down rabbit holes on HackerNews, YouTube, Wikipedia and Google overall.

Each post will have, at the end of it, the following checkboxes:

[ ] Meditation [ ] Cardio [ ] Strength [ ] Eating healthy [ ] 8 hours sleep

I'll, of course, continue to post random thoughts but these daily posts will follow this format: "Day 1: Feels good"22 You know what else feels good? This marginal notes/footnotes system I've setup.
